In a special double episode, Inuyasha's party come across a seaside village where, Sara, a mysterious woman waits for the one she loves; Inuyasha's half-brother Sesshomaru! Who she believes will love her, if she manages to steal the Tetsusaiga from Inuyasha's hands.

Hachiemon tells Miroku that his guardian, Mushin, may not have long to live, Inuyasha's party makes visit his temple. Once they arrive and hear the news from Mushin himself, Miroku goes into shock. Miroku and his friends do whatever he asks, that is until they discover how the monk got injured in the first place.
