Plot Summary

After Inu Yasha's sword, Tetsusaiga breaks, he employs Totosai to fix it. However now that it has been forged with the added weight of Inu Yasha's fang, it is almost to heavy for Inu Yasha to pick up!

Totosai tells him the only way to make it lighter is to defeat one of his father's greateste enemies, the giant dragon demon Ryukotsusei!! But of course Naraku will interfer and make things more difficult than Inu Yasha would have ever imagined!!

Episode 52: The Unstoppable Demon Within

InuYasha and Miroku are trapped inside a toxin filled cocoon. Gatenmaru the leader has taken the Tetsusaiga, and although he cannot use it, because he is a demon, he gives it to his men. InuYasha now separated from his human side transforms into the full demon InuYasha, freeing himself and Miroku, but is completely lost to his demon side. He slaughters all the brigades, and Gatenmaru transforms into his giant moth form to try to defeat InuYasha.

Episode 53: Father’s Old Enemy Ryukotsusei

InuYasha journeys to the spot where his father’s old enemy Ryukotsusei is bound to a mountain, in an attempt to make the Tetsusaiga easier to use again. Naraku’ sensing what InuYasha is up to beats InuYasha there and awakens the demon before InuYasha arrives.

Episode 54: The Backlash Wave, the Tetsusaiga’s Ultimate Technique!

Ryukotsusei is looking to settle some old scores with InuYasha, the blood decendant of the one that defeated him. InuYasha has to keep his demon side in check and master the Tetsusaiga’s ultimate technique, The Backlash Wave!
